What is coaching ?

Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their careers, businesses or organizations.

Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. The coach partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires then to maximize their personal and professional potential.

How does it work ?

The Coach provides a framework of discussion to help clients position themselves, to accompany change and support them in overcoming obstacles to achieve their goals.

In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach guides them through questioning, active listening and observation.

Coaching empowers the client to think and act, toward toward deep and lasting change, to progress and bring out new talents.

Unlike consultants, trainers or therapists, coaches do not give advice or transfer knowledge. Rather, their role is to guide clients to find their own answers and solutions to the challenges they face.
