About Us

“Our mission? Empower executives to become inspirational leaders in international, multicultural business contexts”

Jennifer Cortright is a bilingual Executive Coach and business trainer based in Paris for over 25 years. She works closely with business leaders to tap into their strengths, adapt to new cultures, and enhance leadership in a global context. Decoding cross-cultural expectations, using interpersonal skills to inspire and persuade, and building strong multicultural teams are all part of her professional expertise.

Founder and Director, Jennifer created English Connection in 1992 to meet the growing need for specialized programs in English for executives. She is certified by the HEC Paris Global Executive Coach program, and a member of EMCC and ICF, with ACC accreditation. Jennifer is also a PQ Positive Intelligence Coach.
